Basic Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• You are registering and playing in a personal capacity, not on behalf of any company or business entity.
• You are not on any list of individuals prohibited from using online gambling services under any applicable jurisdiction.
• You have never been declared bankrupt or are not currently undergoing bankruptcy proceedings.

Registration Process

Welcome Bonus

i8my offers a welcome bonus of 100% on the first deposit up to RM888. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus value before any winnings from the bonus balance can be withdrawn.

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once by each eligible new user.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once is prohibited and may result in account suspension and cancellation of all bonuses.
• i8my reserves the right to modify, suspend or end any promotion without prior notice.

VIP & Cashback Programme

The i8my VIP Programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 1.1%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.5%

General Bonus Terms

• Each claimed bonus has its own expiry period. Bonuses that are not used within that period will expire automatically.
• Bonus value cannot be transferred, cashed out or moved to another account under any circumstances.
• If there is a discrepancy between a promotion displayed on the platform and the terms stated here, the latest version in this document shall apply.
• i8my reserves the right to void bonuses if there is evidence of abuse, bonus exploitation or a breach of these terms.

General Game Rules

Disputes relating to odds or results must be raised within the specified timeframe through our support channels.

User Responsibilities

Two-Factor Authentication

i8my recommends that all users enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of protection. This option is available in account settings. Users who enable 2FA have a higher level of protection against unauthorised access attempts.

Limitations of i8my's Liability

• i8my is not liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses arising from use of the platform, including loss of anticipated profits.
• The platform does not guarantee that services will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may occur and will be communicated where possible.
• i8my is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers such as game providers, payment providers or network providers.
• In all circumstances, i8my's maximum liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Account Termination and Suspension

i8my reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
• Confirmation that the user does not meet the age or regional eligibility requirements.
• Fraudulent activity, attempts to manipulate the system or the use of multiple accounts.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the user for responsible gambling reasons.
• Instructions from the relevant regulatory authority or law enforcement body.

Amendment Procedure

Any amendments to these terms and conditions will be updated on this page along with the new effective date. For significant changes, i8my will endeavour to provide advance notice via the registered email address or an in-platform notification.

Continued use of the i8my platform after any amendment is considered your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, please stop using the platform and contact our support team to close your account.

Language & Interpretation

These terms and conditions are drawn up in Bahasa Melayu as the official version. If a translation in another language exists and there is a conflict between versions, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail and be binding. Any uncertainty regarding the interpretation of these terms should be referred to the i8my support team for clarification.
